Learning Modules

Onboarding and induction: first impressions count! You only get one chance; we take a deep dive into the culture and values of your business, look at your process for sharing “how you do things around here”, cover off compliance and company expectations, safety overview, working from home expectations (if this is your model), communicating effectively from the beginning, standards of behaviour and more.

Setting expectations and goal setting: we take a different look into goal setting and look at one that sticks! There is a focus on how someone wants to feel, rather than the long list of what they need to “achieve” or “do”. Having your team understand what is expected will set them up for success in their role, we look at setting KPIs and the importance of regular communication, what to achieve and how the team is expected to go about it. 

Feedback: why is feedback so important, how to ensure it is two-way, constructive and consistent. How often is best practice for best outcomes. Having a difficult conversation: there will be times when feedback isn’t always positive, how to approach these discussions with honesty, compassion and clarity. And, how to deal with someone underperforming..it doesn’t always have to be doom and gloom.
